Hi Everyone,

Today I did more MH - 25 minute cardio tabata workout. I slept in. I am in the office today but am not sure if we will be sent home today or tomorrow. Ontario seems to be shutting down almost completely. Medical Officer has asked everyone to stay home and only leave for essential items. Quebec asked anyone over 70 to stay home. I am shutting down my psychotherapy office for a couple of weeks.

Annette - Most gyms are closed here or closing in the next day or so. It's a developing concern so we shall all see....

Stay well and healthy everyone. And get in those workouts if you can!
 
Hi ladies,

Gym is still open so I taught my Silver and fit 4 routine to 5 ladies who dared to come out.
Then I did 60 minutes of weight work using the pyramid method, 2 exercises for chest, then 1 for biceps, back, triceps and shoulders then floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

The Y here in town closed today but it is a bigger facility than we are.

Stay healthy and have a great workout!!
 
Hi all

All gyms are closed here along with almost everything else. They are encouraging only essential personnel to go to all workplaces.

Since we are so close to NYC we really need to get this under control

Today was LI Conditioning Live and yoga.
