Blender- " Jump Rope & Triceps" - 13 min.
Blender- " Ab Stacker Finisher" - 6 min.

Today I did a 50 minute C&E lower body workout from YT.

Linda - what a great mix of workouts. Did you string them into one workout or do you have them saved as three separate workouts?

Hi ladies,

Today hubby got sent home from work due to a Tornado warning where he works. This has never happened before in 36 years of working there, Wow!

So I did a Kelly Raw Kickbox workout off YouTube that was 33 minutes long. Then I did Billy's newest garage workout which was 26 minutes of a spliced together routine that just ended with no cooldown or stretch very abruptly.


So between the 2 I got a nice long cardio kickboxing workout in.

Nice workouts ladies.

Scary about the tornado warning where your hubby works. Hope it didn’t materialize…
