Hi Siobhan and any others,

Today I taught my newest Silver and Fit routine to 4 ladies for an hour. Tried some different exercises for legs and glutes and they liked them.

Then I did an hour of weight work including barbell and dumbbell work and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

Hi Annette,

I had two nights of bad sleeps so no workout since saturday. Spring forward is a pain in the butt. how do you fall asleep? You go to bed too late the night before, sleep in the next morning and can't fall asleep til midnight. ugh.

anyway... today I did a short caroline g - legs and abs for 30 minutes.

I hate losing the hour of sleep but once that is over I adjust fairly well. Sorry that you are having problems sleeping.
