Hi Ladies,

I just noticed I put 2011 for the weekend check in. Ah well.

Just starting things off. It's march break here.

This morning I did a KCM premix from Cardio Blast. It was 49 minutes and not too tough. I really like the music on this one.

Conni - you are such a take charge kind of woman. you can just tell - even on here. you will continue to manage your way through everything and I certainly hope for a just outcome for you both.

Sometimes I just want the roller coaster to stop just for a moment so I can get to the bathroom...!

Today was PUB and S90 Core Dynamics.

Hi all,

I did a Go Slow Be Stronger weight workout off of Fit TV, then did Cathe's CTX 10-10-10 the warm up, kickbox and hi/low segments for my cardio.

Hi Ladies - I did double Hiit from Intensity. Catches up with you when you done. I'm getting too old for Hiit workouts :(
