Hi all,

Today was a rest day, ha! I did TF Core 20 and Stretchmax 3.

I posted last night regarding Sunday - got the family room done! I am thinking foyer and kitchen now....
 
HI Conni and all to follow, I did the other half of Bodystrikes today for my workout. One day I will put it all together and see if I am still standing once I am done, whew!!! It is none stop, I tell you:eek:.

How do you do afterburn on a day you will be painting? My goodness. You are a leader.

Today I worked out after work. I just couldn't get outta bed this a.m.

When I got home I did Pure Strength Chest/shoulders/triceps + Tabatacise 1 & 2 sans blasts + Lisa Watson Strong Stride Workout 1 Planks. I did the tabatas and planks with my daughter (she asked me if I would workout with her so I did).

Glad you like Bodystrikes Annette. You are a true kickboxing fan.

Hi ladies, Rest day for me. A nice session of StretchMax 1.

Hoping to do a double header workout tomorrow....we shall see.
