Blender- "Arms & Abs" - 22 min.
Interval Timer app- "Cycle, Box & Ropeless Jump Rope" - 24 min.
Hydrow- 5 min. "How Low Can You Go" Rowing Cooldown, Boston, Mass.

That's it. Hoping everyone has a good day. Nicki, hope you are all moved now, and hopefully, things
are going good.
 
Hi ladies,

Today was a Laura Wells Fitness- FIERCE Cardio Kickboxing workout for almost late 45 minutes. It was fairly easy but I sweated at the end due to the temperature in my house. Nice workouts Linda !

Hi Linda,

Yes, it was new to me, I ended up finding another one called '15 Minute Quick Cardio Boxing Workout for Women over 40' technically it was 16 minutes and had kicks so it should have been labeled Cardio Kickboxing. But it was a little more fashioned as 45 seconds of work and 15 seconds of rest. Same lady as the 1st workout.

So now I am finished.
 
Hi girls:)

It's been a sweltering 94 degrees here today, I can't workout in those temps my motor skills are impaired due to heat courtesy MS. Also I'm trying to reclaim my workout room from being used for storage and making it completely unusable. I've been busy working hard at reclaiming woirkout room Fri- Sun and I still need more time getting closer to getting done but still have stuff to do in there. So wish me luck I'll get my workout room back and can retire living room as workout room I will probably need more days this week off to work on that. I'm hoping I can get done by this weekend. I'll still check in with everyone to cheer everyone on.
