YT- Phoenix Nation- 10 min. Jump Rope & Kettlebells
Bitgym- 10 min. treadmill walk in Paris, France.

Hi Everyone,

Sorry to be so MIA this weekend. I just couldn't work out - too much work. Today I did 2.0 Tri-sets. That was tough and I just about died when she had legs after the final biceps segment. These are great workouts. Where do we find the guide?

Hi ladies,

Still have 4 more antibiotics to take, but I did do a UFW International workout Live (basically Taebo on steriods) for 40 minutes. It was very good but he got quirky at the end so I stopped it.

Tomorrow I hope to go to the gym and do light weights.

Annette- So glad you Are feeling better and now almost finished with meds. Wow fweling well enough to do UFW International workout Live (basically Taebo on steriods) for 40 minutes, its good you stopped when the workout didn't suit you. Bravo on your workout WTG!! Have a great day;)

Yes, Very Much Linda. Of course I can't lift what Cathe does but I use what challenges me with good form minding safety , so this was tough but good. I enjoyed it.;)
