Hi ladies,

Today I was back at the gym teaching my Silver and Fit 3 workout to 14 members for 52 minutes. I used heavier weights today

Then I did 31 minutes of weight work for chest, bicep, and legs. I managed to work up to 75 pounds on the barbell chest press so that was a giant improvement. I did do 12.5 pounds dumbbells for flies which was heavier also.

Then I did 20 minutes on the elliptical machine to wrap things up.

I have PT this afternoon at 2.

Today I took a rest day but did 25 minutes of stretching and 10 minutes of planks from SSOD.
