Hi Everyone,

Today I did a short 30 minute upper body workout by Sydney Cummings. I added on a stretch.

I couldn't workout yesterday - too much discomfort. I will see someone about it tomorrow. Drag city!

Missy - I know what sore feet feel like. ugh.

Elsie - always nice to see you checking in

Annette - I am starting us off today so you are not alone :)

Where is Henriette? Linda? Peg? I hope you are all doing well.

Today I taught my Silver and Fit class to 18 ladies and gentlemen for an hour, then taught my Precision Moves Cardio and Weights class to 9 ladies for about 50 minutes then I 30 minutes of weights including abs and floorwork legs.
