Hi ladies,

Yes, Henriette we were bad over the weekend and didn't start a check in.
(Hanging head in shame)

Today, however, I taught my all kickbox workout to 7 ladies for about 51 minutes.

Then I did 30 minutes of weight work including abs and floorwork legs.

Then I came home and practiced a new routine for a CD my son burned for me using an ABBA cd and 2 '70's cds I bought as a 2 cd pack for $5. Mostly disco and some other songs but enough between them all to get just over an hour long circuit workout.

Hubby wonders if I am going to start making videos, LOL!

Anyway, have a great day all who follow.

Oh and over the weekend I hit my first weight loss goal, whoohooo!! 32 pounds lost[emoji2]

Hi Everyone,

I worked out Saturday but had to work and then went out with friends. Stayed out until 3 am! yikes. I did not workout on sunday but managed 1.5 skogg workouts today. I hope to see you all tomorrow. and yes annette - perhaps you can jump right to streaming or youtube workouts. ya never know.
 
Hi ladies,

My lower back has been hurting me since yesterday. So much so that I barely slept last night [emoji24]

I am not sure if it was something I did during the H&C w/o Saturday or just pregnancy related. Either way... I had to take it easy today and will definitely be even more careful with which w/o's I do. Just getting through the day at the office was painful.

Tonight I opted for a walk through the local park qith my bf rather than an indoor w/o which I would not have been able to handle.

Now let's hope I can get some sleep tonight. I really need it.
