I cannot believe it's the last week in June! The Summer months always fly by.

Hi ladies,

Today I taught one of my Silver and Fit workout to 14 members for 51 min. Then I did 45 minutes of weight work including floorwork abs and glutes. Then I ended with 22 minutes on the elliptical.

Where is Ceci?

I have managed to clean some baseboards, walls, stairs , and vacuum downstairs. Then I found the garden shears and proceeded to clip the hedge that belongs to the neighbors ,who never trim it and it grows over into our yard. We pretty much do a butcher job on it because it has numerous different trees and bushes growing in it, including a briar plant of some type we have never seen before.

They keep promising to take it down but never do, sigh.

Dentist appointment tomorrow morning so not sure what my workout will be
