Good Monday Morning Everyone,

Today I did a Cathe Live Lift it Split it for chest and triceps - 41 minutes. I added on 8 minutes of T&D abs. I will do my own stretch now.

Linda - I hope you are working out in an air conditioned room. It's a hot day today.
Annette - Enjoy your vacation!!! I know you always try to find a gym or a trail to hike on while on vacation :)
Nora and Nicki - You are both having workout room delays. Ugh. Nicki, sorry to read about your move-in experience. No fridge for this long? Wow. That's ridonculous! It's time to make a tiktok video complaining.
ChelePA - you had an enduring workout yesterday! Whoa!

It's going to be 35 degrees here today (but feel like 44). I'm scared. Thank goodness for air conditioning but walking the dog in this thick, wet heat is not fun.

KCM-Home Gym Intervals dvd- Premix: Kelly's Combined Mix 2 ( did the elliptical option) 27 min.
Hydrow Circuit Training- 20 min. "Sweat Packed" Rowing & Weights AMRAP.

Siobhan, good job with your Live Cathe workout. Hoping to be able to subscribe to the live workouts once I get my room finished. Guy is supposed to start painting it today.
 
Nikisteen… that’s beyond frustrating about the refrigerator. I can’t even imagine.

Calico… a mountain vacation sounds lovely right now. It’s supposed to be close to 100° today. Dreading lawn max.

Aqua girl…curious how long you have been rowing? Such a great low impact total body workout. I wasn’t sure if I would find it boring. But I know people don’t love cycling like I do either. It all comes down to the music for me with the equipment workouts. Treadmill, bike, and probably the row if I ever bought one.

CeceFifi…I rarely do splits. They are slowly growing on me but nothing over 30 minutes.

Warmed up with a 10 minute Peloton core routine. Followed by Cathe Live #94 – PHA 2. Two circuits, six exercises each. Repeated three times. I skipped the last round for each circuit. Two is my limit. Finished with a 20 minute power walk on the treadmill. Thinking about tackling lawn max this afternoon. But it’s supposed to be close to 100°. So we’ll see. Happy Monday!
 
Nice workout ChelePA with a lot of variety. I have had my rower for over 35 years!
I have. Concept 2, Model D. I went a long period of hardly using it, cause I need workouts to follow!!! There are some good ones on YT and when I signed up with IFit,
they have a lot. Now I have Hydrow app too, which is all rowing workouts (they do have
strength, core, yoga, etc. As well) & now I row away!!! :). My least favorite machine
is the bike!!! But, I have found some great workouts from YT & Kelly Coffey-Meyer &
IFit, so I am doing better there too!

Same here for temp - rest of the week is supposed to be 100+ and that's the real temp, not "feels like". I'm in South Carolina, about an hour 15 from Myrtle Beach.

The guys painted my workout room today! First step in getting it back together. Not quite the color I was going for, but it will work for me! Color is pasting a little lighter than it really is. Looking forward to getting everything set up.
