Today I did more Hoco - 30 minutes of Body Blast high impact and 15 minutes of Caroline G chest and triceps.

sounds like you had a leisurely day yesterday.

Hi Siobhan,

Today I taught my newest Up Beat dance circuit to 7 ladies for an hour.

Then I did 52 minutes of weight work including barbell up to 110 pounds , new back machine, new shoulder machine, dumbbells for hammer curls, and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

I am beat.
