Great workout Linda! Variety makes working out so easy. Today I did STS Meso 3 Plyo Legs for 49 minutes. Now, to do my own stretch. I am sweating. wow.

Another Monday, another problem! My left knee was all sore & kind of hurting yesterday
and this AM, so I went to an Urgent Care place, had to have xrays, etc. and was told it
was "Arthur" aka arthritis! Surprise, surprise (not really) Apparently, something I did
made it flare up or it just did, so heat & Advil....(sigh) and not to do workouts for a week!
But, I don't know why I couldn't do upper body, just as long as I don't do squats, lunges,
etc. We'll see. It has been one thing right after the other for about the last 2 months!
So, I may have a workout tomorrow or not, we'll see.
 
Hi girls! I wasn't feeling' it today, so I had to bag today's workout. I wanted to do it, but I just couldn't get motivated to do it. Plus still feeling sore. Made an dcotor's appointment Friday just to be cautious.
