Hi Everyone,

Today I did a short chest workout (10 sets) and a long stretch. Not much of a workout but it lasted 45 minutes.

Hi ladies,

Today I taught my Silver and Fit class, I tried a new one with them and they did well. I had 16 members. This was 52 minutes.

Then I did 50 minutes of weight work including floorwork abs, glutes and legs. I managed to get 95 pounds off the rack, whoohoo!!

Then I did 21 minutes on the elliptical machine.

After which I left and went to PT, I have 2 more and then I am done.

Humid today.
