Daily Check-In Monday June 14th

I usually take a rest day on Mondays, but everyone in the house is sick with a cold and I want to work out .... Just.In.Case :confused:;)

Today is ETK swing day, start of week 4.

Good Morning !

What a muggy, stormy weekend we had, and more of that today !
Storms rolling through (pop ups through out the day) and they are saying VERY muggy !

Welcome back Carmen ! Can't wait to hear all about your vacay ! Hope you had a blast !!

I think today is cardio . My stomach wasn't happy all day yesterday and I was so tired all day. Am hoping whatever it was is over with and I will do my workout ....and hopefully eat normally!

Becky ~ I had that stomach and EXTREME tiredness last week, it lasted two days and I felt horrible. I hope you feel better today!
 
Good morning everyone!! I had a great time in Key West. Weather was beautiful but too, too hot and steamy. This year we took my husband's daughter with us. It was nice to visit with her. Although she's in her 20's she was willing to hang with two old folks...:eek: This visit we rode bikes around the downtown area and to Fort Zachary Park which was nice. I havent been on a bike for years!!! We've been to Key West every year for about 4-5 years and we still havent explored the island. We usually just chill at the resort. We have a time share at the Hyatt and want to start looking at using the points (thru interval) to maybe go somewhere else (Marathon, Sarasota, etc). I'll post pics sometime this week.

I have DOM's from yesterday's work out. Today is cardio. I will either do SB or go to Zumba after work. WORK????? ugh!!!:confused:

Welcome back Carmen, glad you had a great time. We are heading out Wednesday, and I can't wait. It is going to be hot, but we spend most of our time either at the beach or pool, so I think we should be okay.

Today was SIU from SS.

Hi gals,

I did Janis Staffel's Hardcore Kickbox Circuit today for my workout. I am down just about 4 pounds so far so I am happy and I still have just over 2 weeks till my son's graduation so I should be doing well by then.

Have a great day it is hot and humid here. UGH!!
