Hi gals,

Today I taught my aerobic dance circuit to 8 ladies for an hour. Then I did 45 minutes of weight work including abs and floorwork legs. I managed 2 reps at 115 pounds for chest press barbell. Up 5 pounds from last week, slowly getting back some strength.

It is a hot one today. [emoji41]

Hi Annette! I'm glad you're feeling stronger. Good for you. Today I pretty much forced myself to take a "rest" day. I did Michelle Dozois BodyFit 360- dance conditioning. It's a nice way to move and "rest" . Then I tried some foam rolling. I suck at it but I keep trying. How's everyone doing? Elsie? I'm thinking of you...and Mouser

Annette - I love how you get to teach and do your own workouts all in one day. And way to go on the weights!

Peg - I think that is one of the dvds I wanted but somehow didn't get. I think I may have one of the 360 ones, but it wasn't that relaxing for me and my other MD, Peak System are just not for me right now.

Today was a busy day with work, meetings nearly non-stop. Then at home my son had homework for 3 different subjects and a cake to bake for mother tongue. Boy were we busy, but after all that business it felt gr8 to take some me time.

I first did KCM Muscle Up/ Lift 2 B Fit workout 1 for Back, Chest and shoulders and then I added on my own 15min EDT session for bi's and tri's while listening to some HipHop [emoji3] Not sure my arms will be much use tomorrow. [emoji51]

I've started another book and once again started crying on the train when heading to work today. What is it with these books I keep picking??? [emoji24][emoji24][emoji24]

Today I did more dasha libin KB tabata workout - loved it!!!!!! I am back into KB's. forgot how much i love them.

Peg - i never really got into michelle dozois - how is that one?
 
Hi Ceci. The Bodyfit 360's are nice but very different from what I normally do. They have flowing Pilates, some dance type moves, flowing stretches. They're nice in that they get you to move in a serene sort of way. I'm certainly not flexible so sometimes I can't do what Michelle is doing but I feel good afterwards, not frustrated. Full body range of motion to increase blood flow and stretch and strengthen the muscles. Somebody else does very similar workouts but I forget who. Sorry. And being that it's Michelle, the whole things flows really well from one segment to the next. Perfect for a rest day.
