Blender- Balls, Bands, Bench, Bar & Bells-Lower Body - 21 min.
Blender- Shoulders Day with Core Intervals - 20 min.
Blender- Quick Fix Kickboxing/Boxing add-on - 11 min.

I guess today was all Blender day !

Good Morning Everyone,

Today did 2.0 Giant Sets again - 2nd time. It's a solid heavy weight workout with so little rest that it offers a serious cardio effect. I am sweating, still trying to lower my heart rate. Wowza. I will spend the next 15 minutes or so stretching.

Great workout Linda! Such a great variety that I bet it all flew by fast.

It's pouring here this morning. Have a great day everyone.

I could not agree with you more there definitely is a cardio effect with these and it makes me sweat buckets too. Yes, you definitely earn your stretch and look forward to it.
I'm sure the rain your getting is welcomed with the fires and air quality issues. I always love how great the air smells after a rain, so nice and fresh. Have a wonderful & blessed day;)

Hi ladies,

Raining here and we need it!!

Today I came to the gym and did a warm up, then the sled up to 10 plates. The new shoes work great , no slippage at all. Then I did some floorwork for abs and legs and glutes. Then I decided to try the 'The War Room' which is our big boy Room for Olympic lifts and other things. So I signed the waiver and went for it. I did the sled down there which is harder due to different turf I had 2, 45 plates on. I carried some medicine balls around from 8 to 30 pounds. I hit the bags some and kicked the bags too, then did 2 minutes on the rowing machine. Sweaty too since the downstairs isn't climate controlled.

Looks like everyone is getting in great workouts on this rainy day.

WOW, Annette, WOW!!! The sled, floorwork, med balls, boxing & kicking on the bags, and rowing. You didn’t miss a thing, did you? :). Great workout…and great that your shoes worked out good. WTG!
