STS 2.0 Giant Sets again - 2nd time. It's a solid heavy weight workout with so little rest that it offers a serious cardio effect. I could not agree with you more there definitely is a cardio effect with these and it makes me sweat buckets too. Yes, you definitely earn your stretch and look forward to it.
I'm sure the rain your getting is welcomed with the fires and air quality issues. I always love how great the air smells after a rain, so nice and fresh. Have a wonderful & blessed day
