I did Hardcore Kickbox Circuit today! Gave up diet soda so we will see how this effects my weight. Gave up chocolate 2 weeks ago. Trying to get my weight under control!!

Hi everyone. I took yesteday as an unscheduled rest day. I don't know. This getting older stuff is a pain. I used to be able to do a new workout and just feel a pleasant burn the next day. Now I hobble around like a cripple for two. Anyway, today I picked up the weights after a week off with GS BS&B. I followed that up with Seasun Zeigler's Rock Steady Step. I haven't done that for so long, it was almost like a new workout. We'll see what this old body feels like tomarrow. Have a great day, fit chicks.
 
Becky, we went to the Poconos ( White Haven, PA). I would definitely go again. It was just a little too cold, but wearing the wetsuit helped. I had never been before. We did about a 4 hr trip. It probably would have been 3 hrs, but we had about an hour delay waiting for one raft in our group to be dislodged from a rock. We camped there and that was the coldest part. Most of the girls did not pack in preparation for cold.

Wendy, your mishmosh certainly looks challenging. I'm just not a kickboxing fan though, so it's not calling me. Keep thinking of more. I love trying other peoples mishmoshes.

Hey Wendy!! I have a circuit sheduled for Friday, Imax extreme, but..........I really liked yours! Is it bad to do a circuit two days in a row??? I really need to get rid of this fat layer!!! i HAD dh take 2 pics of me tonight, and I am not pleased. I thought I was looking decent, but now I don't know. Oh well, just work harder I guess!!

Meg, if you are lifting light then a circuit 2 days in a row is fine. If you are lifting heavy then just make sure you go really light for the 2nd one. I used to do f/b weights one day and follow that up with a circuit the next but I kept the weights light for the circuit and it was fine.

Keep in mind that the combo of kickboxing and u/b lifting makes it a real u/b frier!!!!

I kept my weights fairly light for bc TODAY, actually no weights for LB because of my knees, so I think I will be fine.
