Good Morning Everyone,

Today I worked out very early as I've been up since 4:30ish (dog). I am tired. I managed 45 minutes of 2.0 Upper Body 1. I didn't feel like working my shoulders.

DESTINATION: Japan
Hydrow- "Welcome to Japan" Rowing workout- 10 min.
IFit: "Shinjuki Treadmill Walk-Tokyo, Japan" - 25 min.
Bitgym- " 5 min Tama Lake Cycling Road, Tokyo"

Hey ladies,

We are home from our much needed vacation. Lots of walking especially stairs to get down to the waterfalls and of course back up the stairs. One 2.2 mile hike on The Road to Nowhere. More walking while shopping all the tourist trap stores in Bryson City, Maggie Valley and Cherokee. Then we went up on the mountain and national forest to see the scenic Smokey Mountains and walk briefly on the Appalachian trail and see where you can stand on the border of NC and TN. I laid in the sun 1 day.

Today I found a new garage Taebo that was only 5 days old and it was mostly weight work and only 22 minutes long. So I did it and then found a Coffey Raw Kickboxing workout that was 31 minutes and I did it too. So I am all worked out.

time ago, my family vacationed in Gatlinsburg TN and while there, we visited Maggie
Valley & Cherokee as well….I am sure many things have changed over the years.
