Hi ladies,
Today I did my Freestyle Kickbox 140 bpm which is 53 minutes but was more like 55 ish due to the cool down being a lot shorter than I thought. Oh and I wore my 2 pound ankle weights for more than half and had on my 2 pound wrist weights. When I took off the ankle weights I thought my leg was going to fall off at how hard it dropped without the weight.
Then I did 40 minutes of weight work using plates and dumbbells. Floorwork also for abs, legs and glutes. 2nd set of lying leg lifts were done with the 1 pound ankle weights on. Think I am finished now.
This morning I also had blood drawn so pray that my numbers are better.
