YT- "Historic Jamestown Fort" treadmill walk, Jamestown, VA - 16 min.
Hydrow- 1 min Mathews, VA. Challenge Row
Hydrow- 1 min. Hartford, Connecticut Challenge Row
YT- "Yale University treadmill walk-thru", New Haven, Connecticut - 11 min.

Alot of variety today! Have good workouts & a good day!

Today I did more CG - dumbbell hiit for 30 minutes. I will do my own stretch.

Nice mish mosh this morning Linda. You are right about the variety.

Hi ladies,

Today is another hot day on PA.

So I came to the gym (a/c is wonderful) and did 45 minutes on the elliptical and 17 minutes of floorwork for abs , legs and glutes with a stretch.

Dentist appointment this afternoon.

Nice workouts ladies! Keep up the great work!!

Annette- today its supposed to be 104 degrees, too darn hot!! Good job on today's gym (A/C) workout. Bravo on getting a workout done in this crazy hot weather with:

Gym workout- 45 Min on eliptical.
Plus 17 min floorwork abs, legs & gutes and a nice stretch.
