Today I taught my Silver and Fit 2 workout to 13 members for about 55 minutes.
Then I did 50 minutes of weight work including barbell chest press, dumbbell flies, dumbbell hammer curls, dumbbell tricep overhead, one arm latetal raise with other arm held out to side at shoulder level, then hammer into shoulder press with other arm held out to side, cable pull downs standing wide and under hand grip, calf machine, leg press machine, floorwork abs, glutes and legs including planks. Then a stretch.
