Hi ladies,

Back to work for a few days, then off the rest of the week ( DH dr. appts, etc..).

Today was TF Stretch 40, and AB Burner.
 
Hi Conni,

I did 31 minutes of the Total Body Fat Blasting Taebo Workout then 41 minutes at the gym. I hit chest hard and worked upper body, calves and abs, but no back.

Hope everybody else has a great workout!

today i did a short 40 minute walk in high park. it is such a lovely day. great workouts everyone.

conni - enjoy your time off. I hope you feel relaxed despite appts.
