Today I had 4 ladies and we did my newest fun Silver and Fit routine. It was about 62 minutes.
I had them do the same exercise ie..hammer curl for 16 reps, then 12, 8,4 and 2. Did this for triceps kickbacks, and shoulder press. Poor ladies will be hurting tomorrow.
I am still hurting from Saturday's workout.
Then I did 32 minutes of weight work including barbell chest press, and back and shoulder machines. Then floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.
I am going to be sore.
Hot here too.
