Today's workouts: (Blender day!)

Blender- Ice Gym Style Chest & Triceps - 20 min.
Blender add-on: Biceps - 7 min.
Blender- 15 min. STS 2 Recovery & Stretch
Blender add-on: STS 2 Upper Body Foam Rolling - 7 min.

Such fun :)

Great workouts this weekend everyone. I took a rest day yesterday as I needed it.

Linda - Nice variety this morning of weights and recovery work!

Today I did Olivia Lawson for upper body - 32 minutes and added on 15 minutes of a walking cardio workout of hers. Now, to stretch.

Hi ladies,

Today I got up early so I could go with hubby to his consultation with the surgeon for his gallbladder removal. It went well though finding a suitable date is proving difficult.

So we got home and I started looking for a cardio workout to no avail,sigh.

So hubby said go to the gym so I did. I did 50 minutes on the elliptical and then did 30 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes plus 4 sets of 3 exercises for shoulders (front raise, side laterals and shoulder press) using 6, 7 , 9 and 10 pound dumbbells. The 8's were missing.Then a nice stretch.

Everyone's workouts look great with lots of variety.

See you tomorrow for weights at the gym.
 
Yay Annette, Monday at the gym! Nice selection with 50 min on the elliptical (wow)
and 30 min of shoulders & floorwork. And back at it there again tomorrow:)
