I had wanted to go the fitness center pool this morning but that didn't work out, so I just finished doing a
Barbell, wts, & band blender mix, one of my older ones, # 16, but I updated it with a couple barbell, band
Segments from the new workouts so that made it fresh and new. I might plan on something cardio later
Today.....off this week, so I hope I can get to the pool at least once this week...I have to plan it out, so I can
Hopefully go when there are fewer people...and kids.....I love kids, but when I am in Aqua workout mode, I
Don't want to be splashed and having to dodge younger ones with a ball, etc :)
 
Hello Linda and all who follow! My husband is very slowly opening the pool. He has so many things to do and sometimes other things must wait. Soon....I hope! Today I did Cathe Live #129- chiseled legs and abs. Very nice. I'm still having issues playing the older ones. Frustrating because I'm trying to get "caught up". Today I hope to start painting the front porch and railings. MANY home projects are on my agenda.....! Have a great day everyone.
 
Hi ladies,

Today I taught my aerobic circuit workout to 5 ladies for an hour. I even convinced a new lady to try the workout, she was just going to watch. She did it and liked it.[emoji3]

Then I did 45 minutes of a circuit workout using the elliptical as my cardio. I tried the barbell again and only managed 105 pounds for 3 reps. But then I went back down to 85 pounds and did more reps at the lower weight.

Anyway, hot day here.

1 mile Walk & Talks- this was Gratitude & Goals.....I like those...good way to get in a little lite cardio and
Motivation too. :)
 
Hi Everyone,

yesterday I did my own cathe chest/shoulders workout + cardio from crossfire + 100 rep lat raises + cross fire abs (all made in the blender). it was fun!

A pool? how wonderful.

No workout for tuesday - body sore, need a break. see you all wednesday.
