Calico Cathlete Jul 29, 2019 #3 Hi ladies, Today I taught my Silver and Fit 3 workout to 11 members for 52 minutes. Then after a break to talk to the gym owner I did 35 minutes of weight work including floorwork abs, legs and glutes. Have a great day and workout!!
