IFit- "Gouffre de Padirac Cave" elliptical hike, France - 15 min.
YT- Jessica Smith- 1 Mile Walk & Talk - 16 min.
YT- Trifecta Pilates- "Standing Pilates Balance Moves Workout with a Foam Roller" -12 min.

Just finished KCM TLC BOXING COMBOS with my boxing gloves on. 32 min.

Now going to head to the pool.

Humm screen froze on me. Nice variety Linda keep up the great work!

Sorry I didn't check in yesterday/on this thread. Yesterday I took a rest day of 45 minutes of BB yoga.

Nice workouts from us all! Nora - so sorry to read you aren't going out due to the bruising.
