Wow, Siobhan, I am surprised anyone noticed. Glad you like it, I took it at the gym after one of my classes. The lighting makes my hair look yellow but I assure you it is white!! LOL!
Today I had 9 ladies and we did my newest Disco Funk Circuit for an hour. It is a lot of fun.
Then I did 50 minutes of weight work including barbell to 95 pounds with no buckling today. Back machine 8 reps at 35 pounds each side all positions, and 8 reps at 45 pounds each side for 2 positions, the dumbbells for triceps, biceps, and chest flyes. Then 3 leg machines and floorwork for abs and glutes .
Think I am finished.
