Hi Annette,

Today I did a very short Cathe Yoga for Strength and something. It was 30 minutes. I am in the office for the next two weeks so feel short on time in the a.m. And yes, so hot hot hot!

I hope you get in a workout today.

Hi Siobhan,

Cooled down some today and tomorrow supposed to cool down even more.

I slept in and started on my Monday cleaning, stripped our bed and turned the mattress and remade the bed , cleaned the tub, sink and toilet after showering.

I finally found where my husband stashes extra light bulbs and put a lamp on the desk in my reading/writing room. Started laundry, feel like I have gained a ton over the no workout weekend I had,sigh.

I did end up doing an older(original) Advance Taebo off of YouTube which was 56 minutes of very fast taebo moves and floorwork that I had forgotten was on it, boy was that tough. So at least I got a workout in, yay me!!

I am glad that you got a workout in despite having to go to the office.

See you tomorrow. Tomorrow I get my hair trimmed ,yay!
