Hi Ladies,

Happy Monday...okay that is a stretch, isn't it?

Tammy - We loved the movie yesterday, I didn't want it to end, my DS and I have made it a tradition to see all of them together, and we really loved them all. Probably the best movie series I have ever seen.

Carmen - Have a great trip, you are just a travelling fool, arent' you??

Today was Total Body Weights - I did SS Shape it Up, always a favorite of mine, and when I have 80 minutes, I do it!

This morning I did STS disc 5 - back and triceps and I did the abs and oblique section of Tracey Mallett's Pilates Sculpt. I can't enough of this dvd!!!!!! Honest to goodness I am seeing instant results else with this workout else I wouldn't keep doing it.

We are having a pot luck breakfast at work this morning. I baked peanut butter cookies and a plum cake. This plum cake recipe is easy and out of this world. I have made it at least 50 times and no one ever tires of it. I got the recipe from the newspaper I think.

Hi All!

I was moving kind of slow this morning (hate Mondays). All I managed was 30 minutes on the treadmill doing sprints :confused: Oh well, some days you're the windshield and some days you're the bug!!!!!

Conni ~ Thanks for getting us started....glad you had a great time at the movies with your DS. My boys saw all of them with their two cousins.

Siobhan ~ I guess I really have to buy that DVD, eh?
