Hydrow- 10 min. "Techniques & Chill" Rowing workout in Waco, Texas
YT- Upper Body with med ball workout - 12 min.
YT- 6 min. Lower Body Kettlebell workout
Blender add-on: 5 min. Standing Abs w/ wt. plate

Today I had a bigger than usual workout as a I woke up earlier: Michelle Briehler's latest tabata with weights - 47 minutes, Anabolic Aliens Day 3 - legs - 10 minutes, Gaia Yoga - 15 minutes and added on a bit more of a stretch.

Wow!! I just did a FIIT TECHNOLOGY FULL BODY WORKOUT and I am sweating in places I forgot you could sweat : 0 !!

It was 46 minutes of Michael Armstrong's version of Taebo, I had my wrist weights on also. I am a sweaty mess. He really needs a modifier to help some of the people in his class, he only had 4 in this YouTube video. But most just stopped until they could catch their breath or he changed moves.

It was all taebo moves at the end. Probably still need to do more abwork.

YaY, even passport workout in the mix, love those. Great mix & variety with: Rowing, Upper Body med ball, Lower Body Kettlebell, and wt.plate Standing Abs.

YT- Kaleigh Cohen Cycling- 5-minute POST-CARDIO WORKOUT STRETCH = 6 Min

Annette, your workout sounds like it was a “killer” one :)….FIIT TECHNOLOGY FULL BODY WORKOUT - 46 min and you added 15 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

Hi Linda,

This workout I did, would be great if the guy (Michael Armstrong) would show modifications. But he doesn't and half the ladies in the class will stop or go get water while he is doing a particularly hard move. Even I did something else during 1 exercise. At the end, he did a series of Taebo combos that I recognized from Billy's Taebo workouts so I was glad I stuck it out. And I wish I could give this guy some feedback but I am not on Instagram and seems to be his platform of choice. The only saving grace is that this particular workout was only 46 minutes long.
 
I agree on modifications……I wish all instructors would have a modifier…..although a lot
of them do, or the instructor shows a modification ….KCM is great on having a modifier.
