Good morning ladies! Another Monday!

This is the last week of my America workouts! Yay! This week will finish up the 50 states plus
Washington DC.........here I go!

Today's workouts:

YT-CrossRope- Jump Rope & Biceps - 6 min.
Today's States: Mississippi, Kentucky, & Oregon
IFit- "The Town of Rodney, Mississippi Steady State Treadmill Workout" - 22 min.
Jenny Ford-Walk Across America dvd- Louisville, Kentucky walking workout - 30 min.
VideoSki- 15 min. Mt. Bachelor, Oregon skier workout

A bit longer today on a couple of the workouts, so I gotta do the last one now.

Nice cardio workout this morning, Linda. You got in a long one after your rest weekend.

Today I did STS Meso 3 for chest and back - I did half the workout (35 minutes) and then added on 15 minutes of BB pilates.

Today I stayed home and did a mini Linda and Nora workout so to speak:

15 minute Boxing and abs walking workout with GetFitWithRick off YouTube
15 minute Body Combat with abs YouTube
20 minute Kickboxing Walking workout with GetFitWithRick off YouTube

Figured changing things around is good for the body. So I am a sweaty mess. It was between 79 and 80 degrees in the house.

Nice workouts ladies. Always keeping it fresh with the variety.

Tomorrow is the gym for weights.

Ok add on 18 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a little bit of triceps and chest with 5 pound dumbbells.
