I hope you all have a good start to your day.

This morning I did Breathless Body 2 the edge - Amy Dixon. I did all the drills except the final tabata at the end where you do all the drills without rests.

Next - I did 10 minutes of Total Body - Ballet Body Core (loved that).

And, now it's time to shower.

Hi Siobhan, thanks for getting us going today.

Today was STS Total Body Lower body, abs and stretch.

Watch out for that full moon now. Last night one of my decorative shelves in the kitchen came down for no reason whatsoever - broke a really nice plate in the process....
 
Boy, I thought with the temperatures being lower that my workout would be more tolerable, NOT!! The temps. may be down but the humidity is 78% and I am just as sweaty as last weeks 95+ temps, UGH!!!:eek:

I did Jeannette Jenkins' Kickbox Bootcamp workout for my cardio today. I finally dropped a half a pound, after we got new scales I had gone back up a little (bought doctor's upright scales from a friend at church who is retiring from his practice as a psychiatrist) and I got frustrated. But today I was back down a half a pound and that was good to see. :D

Hi ladies today I did ZCut Power Yoga upper body plyo, then tried to do one of her short intense strength workout and just gave up. I'm sweating, but just didn't want to keep going.

Siobhan the knee always feels like it swollen. I ice it at night sometimes. I limp a little especially after a workout. My husband is not happy with me about the knee thing. Says I should have had the surgery and been healing so I'm 100% when work starts. My first day to work is August 19th. Right around the corner.

Great job on the workouts.
