Today was Cathe Live Total Body Reps. Great endurance workout and a good sub for ME.

Have a good Monday..!
 
In hindsight I should have done a Cathe workout since today is her birthday. Oh well. ...instead I did KCM 30 Minutes to Fitness Kickboxing premix then went to the gym for 45 minutes.

Hot again today.
