Hi Siobhan and others,
Today I taught my Silver and Fit 4 to 6 ladies for about 53 minutes. It is a fun routine with the electric slide at the end.
Then I did 45 minutes of weight work including barbell to 100 pounds but today it was shaky. Then the back machine which also works biceps and triceps, shoulder machine, and flyes on the floor before doing abs, glutes and legs. Also threw in some wrist work.
Now I have to go home and change so I can see the foot doctor about a knot on the top of my left foot.
