Hi Siobhan,
Today I changed my whole morning routine. I scrubbed my upstairs bathroom, still need to clean the floor.
I ended up doing 25 minutes of a Les Mills Body Combat then I did a 11 minute Taebo in both I had on my wrist weights.
So not much but I am sweating and really don't want to go to the gym. I need to do more cleaning but I ran out of my cleaners so I need to see if there are any more down here.
