Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did 40 minutes of Pilates by Lisa. I am on a roll. I just want to use up the free trial as much as I can. There are tough but really good and every workout is slightly different. I am only focusing on abdominals as I work the rest of my body plenty.

Elsie - you are always so bright sided and complimentary. I really like that about you.

Glad you are back.

Today it was too hot in the house but I did 20 min. of taebo then went to the gym for 30 min. of weight work. I managed 7 reps at 100 pounds on the barbell for chest press, so that was an improvement.

Still have to work out the details about working at the gym, we shall see.
