Good morning ladies:

Today's workouts:

KCM- Slim Sculpting- 30 min. mix of Workout 1 & 2.
Hydrow- 20 min. Circuit #30- Rowing & Weight EMOM
Blender- 15 min. Express Biceps
Last night I did do a YouTube- Workout with Roxanne- 10 min. Kettlebell Arms, so I'll just add it on here!

Big workout Linda! Wowza.

Today I did a real mish mosh. I did an Xtrain warm up, Funk Roberts total body for 20 minutes, a 20 minute youtube walking workout and 5 minutes of Phoenix Nation Jump Rope. I will stretch now.

FlemingCol56 - if you feel like it, please share a little about yourself. And you're a trouper hauling equipment upstairs. I have Cathe's barre in the utility closet in front of me and NEVER pull it out. It's only 4 steps away. And I forgot to mention - I jump rope on a very durable mat - almost feels like rubber, actually. Not sure if it absorbs anything.

First day back at the gym, I did 37 minutes on the elliptical and 12 minutes of floorwork and some light weights for bis,tris and shoulders.

Lots of people stopped to tell me it was good to see me again which was nice.

Nice workouts ladies.

Thanks!Ive been doing home workouts forever-since the Original Jane Fonda-when it was on a record album and I followed along with her book!Then it was Denise Austin and Tae Bo and then found Cathe about 14 years ago-a family member does only Cathe workouts and has all her DVDs and ecquipment-I get bored easily so I alternate between Cathe,Barlates,Kelly Coffey and Hamelin D’abell on YouTube .I have my little workout station in family room and the funny thing is that my one dog is terrified of Thunder Storms and he makes himself a little fort using my ankle weights,medicine ball and 3 pound weights-he actually moves the ecquipment using his nose and paws!And when I lay out my free weights to use,he likes to use them to hold his bones in place!
