Hi ladies,

Carmen - thanks for the pics, I love the new cabinets! Especially the top ones with the lights, too coool!


Today was cardio - I chickened out on Two the Max and did TF Firestarter, then Crossfire low impact tabata and core, then TF Stretch 10.

The tabatas in this workout don't push me very hard, and what is that core segment?????? I get more from a Firm workout than that nonsense. I had read that it was not well liked, but seriously, I thought Cathe really fell short on that segment.

Oh well, I know I am too blunt for my own good....:confused:
