Today was a WB mix of Cardio Supersets, All Out LI Hiit and Basic Stretching with the Stability Ball.

Hi gals,

Today I taught my Disco circuit 2 workout to my Silver and Fit class and they did well for never having seen it before. It was 50 minutes.

Then I did 45 minutes of weight work including floorwork abs, glutes and legs.

Now I have a mountain of laundry to go home and wash.

Hi Everyone,

I ended up doing a short 30 minute spin and stretch after work yesterday after all. I am really enjoying spinning these days.
