Good Monday Morning Everyone,

I was MIA this weekend as I felt pulled in too many directions to workout e.g. puppy, DD crying, backyard potluck etc. Today I did more CG from her Epic program. I only managed 35 minutes of a gruelling total body workout (dog...) and added on 10 minutes of BB Pilates.

Linda - you are right - it was already hot a 5am.

Caroline Girvan -m her Epic program- Total Body- managed 35 minutes. Sounds like a very tough workout. Not to mention the Struedel workout.
Plus added on 10 minutes of BB Pilates.

Well, Today may well be a bust, too hot to much much, I laid in the sun for an hour took a 2nd shower, sat in my cooler bedroom with just my robe on trying to cool off. Honestly the thought of tight spandex shorts and a sports bra just sounds hot even if I went to the gym.

So tomorrow the gym since it is a weight day, Wednesday maybe the gym again, Thursday I have an 11:40 dentist appointment to get the mould made for my crown, so maybe the gym after not sure yet ( it isn't supposed to be as hot Thursday and Friday), Friday is the pool!!
