Hi Everyone,

Today I did Cathe's Drill Max - 3 drills. Wow, that was fun and tough. I couldn't keep up with her! I added on biceps from PUB. It is cool here but muggy.

Geoff - feel free to start the check-in each day if you are the first to work out. And it's true about dogs - they add so much to our lives. We've made so many friends through our dog!

Hi guys,

Today I had 7 ladies in my Silver and Fit class and we did my newest intro to Cardio kickboxing routine for an hour.

Then I did 45 minutes of weight work concentrating on form rather than weight. Ended with floorwork for abs, glutes and legs.
