It's Monday - blech....but only four more days 'til the roadtrip!

IM#3 for me today.

Good morning Tammy - It is a short week for me this week. I am off Wed, Thurs, and Friday. I wish I was going on the roadtrip, maybe next time.

Yesterday was PUB/PLB in their entirety, abs from Cardio&Weights, and then I tacked on a 35 minutes (3 mph) walk.

Today is rest day thank good. CleanMax for me today. I will probably get in a StretchMax. Core work was took care of yesterday.

Have a wonderful day. I can handle Mondays when I only work two days this week!!!

My rotation will be the same this week as last, with a couple extra leg sessions:

Good Morning Fit Women,

Yesterday was PUB and more bike riding with son, daughter and DD boyfriend. I have been learning alot about my body lately. I have been increasing my calories and getting a good amount of rest have both gave me a head start with PUB yesterday....good golly, miss molly! Does it pay off ever!!!!

Today I will be doing KPC in the am since I didn't get it in yesterday and Legs and Glutes in the pm.

Does anyone else feel like they have more energy in the evening? I do!

Good morning fitness buffs! Rest for me today. Holy DOMS from IM3/ME yesterday. I feel good, but nice & fried. Just hanging with my little guy today & preparing for a week in FL. Have a great day everyone :)

Good Morning Fit Women!

So I just got back a little bit ago from taking an early morning walk with Joey (about 45 min.). The breeze was cool and it was pleasant in the shade but that sun was quite hot even at 7am! It was nice though...a quiet walk as not many were out and about yet.

Today is a cardio day in my rotation but ofcourse I won't know what w/o I am doing until I get to it.

Jane-So what are your plans for your days off?

Hi good morning Tammy, Jane, Judy, Charlotte and all that follows.Tammy as Jane I would like to go to the road trip but I can not now. Jane enjoy your rest day.Judy you say Cathe is going to film three new workouts.Great new but I am not a begginer/int exerciser.Charlotte I am learning lot of things with the P90X system. Now I do a light cardio and more weight training and I am seeing more definition in my abs now than never before. The rest day and a clean eating is needed to see results.Have a great day everybody.I have done shoulders and arms and ab ripped P90X.

Good morning Wendy... I plan on relaxing and resting mostly (except for my w/o's of course). DD has her classroom assignment. She will be a first year teacher this year (9th grade) and we plan on moving a lot of her classroom materials down there, doing some cleaning in the room and getting her set up to start. I am sure looking forward to my days off. We were planning at one time to go down to the beach but for some reason, that just doesn't appeal to me. I like the beach but the hassle of packing, traveling, etc. etc. isn't what I want right now.

This morning was slow and heavy bi's and tri's that I didn't do yesterday. :-( Later I will definately do a step workout....just no time now.
And for the 2nd night in a row I woke up at 3:30 and was wide awake. UGHHHHHHHHH
This surely feels like MONDAY!!!

I was also thrilled to see Cathe filming again. I understand the need for her to produce a range of tapes to appeal to her "newer" mass audience. I appreciated her explaining that she will never fail us crazies who opt for the advanced material. Very professional approach, imo.

Anyways, today was supposed to be MIC, but I just cannot handle that hi/lo choreography sometimes, so I did a mishmosh.

MIC- Warmup
Christi Totally Hot Cardio - 25 minutes ( section 1 )
Step til you Drop 2 - Laura's Athletic Step -35 minutes.
MIC - Cooldown and Stretch.
Ab hits - section 3.

Other than me scrambling with my DVD and VCR, this was alot of fun!

Today I plan on L&G and a short run. That is about all the energy I have after our opening weekend. I didn't get any pic's, but I have 8 more weekends to remember to bring my camera with me. x(

Hey everybody!

Yesterday was a 3.75 mile run with 318 stairs at the end (I figured that made up for missing that .25 mile). Last night I did a segment of Coremax, the one with the medicine ball. Yowzah!

Tonight I have Step Blast on tap. So much fun!

Good morning all!

I'm doing KPC this AM and PLB tonight. I feel like I have a lot of energy at night too. Some mornings I'm up and ready to workout. Today I slept in, till 8:30 and don't want to do anything but talk to all you guys! But yesterday was my day off and I ate more than I usually dox( so I'm off to get this over with.:-( The funny thing is I will be totally singing the happy song when I'm done.:p

Happy Monday everyone! (Can a Monday really be happy??? Well, it can when it's only 4 days til the road trip!!)

This morning I did HSTA. It's been a long time since I last did that one and I forgot how challenging and fun it is. The leg presses just never seem to end! :p I'll have to pull this one out more often because I really like it.

Great job on those workouts everyone! :)

I am starting my workouts since I took off for the beach last week. I hope it will not be too hard. I was doing pub for about 3wks and now starting S&H. so I will do S&H shoulders and PS floor legs and floor legs from L&G. Will get in coremax 1.

Laurie...thanks...:)...Sounds like your family is becoming quite the band!! The only place I sing is ALONE, in my car...:)

Terri...you can do Freestyle 4-6 days a week.

Thanks Connie! I like my eagle and flag too. Imax2 can be tricky, but it does feel good when you get some of those tougher moves down!

You ladies will have such a great time at the road trip! Hope you have alot to share next week..

I am doing Freestyle exercises, kickbox (maybe Cardio Kicks), triceps and shoulders..(as I didn't do them yesterday, I did GS Back & Biceps instead!)and some ab work. It'll be hot here today..over 100!! Have a great day ladies...:)...Carole

I'm impressed sometimes I don't know where you all get the energy. It's already so hot here, I have only a window air conditioner so I won't be doing anything in the house, but will go for a nice 30 lap swim to stay cool, maybe even some golf tonight. Have a great day everyone.

Well yesterday I got pub and my cardio and abs in so I felt good about that. Today is either lowmax or imax2 and later legs and glutes. I almost bought an eliptical his weekend but I just didn't know enough about the one that I could afford. It was $599.00 at Dicks Sporting goods. I was worried with it being that price it may not be as good as the precors which cost a lot more. Any ideas or opinions? I really want an elliptical at some point. A nice change from my treadill.

It really wasn't that bad.... I did PUB in the a.m. and PLB in the afternoon. Now the w/o Logos just posted, IMAX3 and PLB, I don't think I could handle those two together!!
