Hi Annette,

Today I did Cathe's Xtrain Cardio Leg Blast. I didn't do her cool down as I will do my own stretch.

Big workout yesterday. I love walking! Yet don't make much time for it, alas.

Hi Siobhan,

My feet hurt the rest of the night after that walk. Ouch!

Today I came to the gym and did 42 minutes on the elliptical and the 20 minutes of weight work with light dumbbells focusing on shoulders with some added exercises for back and biceps plus my floorwork for abs and legs. I did very fast sets of exercises with no rest between.

Add on 21 minutes of taebo from that Martinu woman. It was 2 taebos 1 , 10 minutes and 1, 11 minutes long. So more cardio. Yay!!
