ITP app- 5 min. Med Ball Triceps workout add-on
Love KCM's Power Split, that's a fun one. The blender workout sounds great too, and Med ball triceps one sounds interesting, not familiar with that one.
All sound great and make for an effective and fune workout. double high fives & WTG!
