Today's workouts:

KCM- Power Split- Premix: Power Upper & Lower-no finishers - 33 min.
Blender- "Cardio Rumble Kickbox Party" - 22 min.
ITP app- 5 min. Med Ball Triceps workout add-on

Good Morning Everyone,

I took a rest day yesterday as I knew I had a long day in the office and had some work to do beforehand. Today I did Michelle Briehler total body hiit (with weights). It was tough and 36 minutes in length. I added on 12 minutes of MB biceps. I am sweating and it's time to stretch.

Great workout from you yesterday Nora and nice workout this morning Linda. Is that KCM's old power lifting workout you did?

Glad to read you are improving every day Annette. Thanks for keeping us posted on how you are doing.

extra biceps….

Power Split is one of Kelly’s latest dvds (2 years ago?). One of my favorites of hers.
The premix I did combines both upper body workout & lower body without the finishers
that she did in each.

I think I have the one you are talking about from years ago, haven’t pulled that one out for awhile.

Love KCM's Power Split, that's a fun one. The blender workout sounds great too, and Med ball triceps one sounds interesting, not familiar with that one.
All sound great and make for an effective and fune workout. double high fives & WTG!;) Go having amazing day;)

KCM's Power Split is one of her two most recent offereings on dvd. KCM's other recent offering is CardioFit, a very fun workout as well.
It is a very fun workout it's one I do each for often. Check out the clips at https://www.coffeyfit.com/shop-now/ I do have the other KCM workout Power Lifting and that's an older one, but also awesome too. Enjoy your day:)

Med ball triceps one sounds interesting, not familiar with that one.

Nora, that one isn’t YouTube…it’s an app I have…. I can put together my own workouts on the app….ITP stands for Interval Timer Pro.

Hey ladies,

I slept in my own bed last night , the WHOLE night!!! Yay!!
Today I laid in the sun for an hour and a half, finding unique ways to get sun on my back without lying on my stomach.

Then I did a few sets of bicep curls, hammer curls overhead triceps and rear shoulders with 8 pound dumbbells. No pain, yay!

Nice workouts everyone!!
