Bitgym- 8 min. rowing on Amstel River, Amsterdam
Peloton- 5 min. Cool down treadmill walk
Blender Add-on: "Barbell, Weights & Plate" - 11 min.

Today I did Cathe's Fit Split - cardio/metabolic conditioning for 45 minutes or so. It was really good! Lots of plank and disc work so a nice variety.

Jessica Smith - Walk Off Belly Fat - Belly Blasting Strength Training = 20 Min

Hi ladies,

Today was 62 minutes on the elliptical and 25 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes plus a stretch. I was actually able to do bent leg sit ups with arms out in front and then up. I haven't been able to to that in a very long time so maybe the sled is working my core.

My friend here at the gym lost her partner a week ago and just now told me. She is grieving but seems to be doing as well as can be expected. Say a prayer for Judy, thanks.

Late to the party:
Monday was Drill Max: Scrambled Cardio Blast — 46 minutes. It was HARD!

All of your Monday work looks wonderful — high fives! Annette: pushing DEFINITELY works the core. I noticed this after weight training exclusively for several months, it took me no time at all to breeze through ab work. And I am super proud of that because abs have been my nemesis for a long time. Now they are way easier. Congrats!
