Blender Add-on: "Barbell, Weights & Plate" - 11 min.- Oh I tried this new one and love it!

Fit Split- Low Impact Cardio & Metabolic Conditioning for 45 Min. That's a fun one and Cathe gets ya good with discs and planks. That is one of my favorites from Fit Split. Good stuff and bravo!!
