Good morning!

Today's workouts:

Blender- "Functional Total Body Express" - 24 min.
Blender- "Functional Mobility Mix" - 25 min.
VideoSki- 10 min. Sugarloaf, Maine skier workout

Last night, I did a short YT-Balanced to the Core- "Pilates Half Roller Full Body Workout" -14 min.

We've got SNOW! so........hopefully I will get the above done as the day goes......I've done one, but
my back has been bothering me for awhile and I am sure I am going to have to do Shovel Max too,
so we'll see how it goes......but....it'll get done.........sometime today!

Today I did STS Meso 3 (?) for shoulders, biceps and triceps. It was 1:07 minutes but I pared down some of the rests or changed a move.

I hope you get your full workout in today, Linda. Sorry to read your back has been bothering you. I'm sure you'll shovel with caution.

Hi ladies,

We are still getting snow, it is beautiful as long as you don't have to go anywhere.

Today I did a classic off YouTube, I used to have it on VHS . It was Reebok Power Blast with Lisa Gaylord. Lots and lots of legwork in this one, whew! She does lots of power moves. During the push ups I did abs. It is 49 minutes long.

Nice workouts ladies.

Siobhan, not sure you saw my answer to your question about how often I go to the gym but if not I go 2 days a week, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Those are my weight days.
