Good Morning Annette,

Today I felt like I needed Cathe so I did: LI Legs - standing portion only (26 minutes). I added on LI Cardio Supersets Bonus workout (21 minutes). I haven't done that one in a loooooooooooooooooooog time. It was a sweatfest and moves quickly. I love short but intense cardio workouts. Now - to stretch.

Hi Siobhan,

Today I had 6 members and we did my Silver and Fit 4 which has the electric slide in it. It was 53 minutes.

Then I did 55 minutes of weight work including dumbbells and machines, cables and the sled upping Friday's weight by 10 pounds, and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

I am beat, really cold here today.

I'm still around and broke my record last year with 300 Workouts in the books! The previous record was 269 workouts in a year. On to a new year and hopefully, Rome.
